Job Description:

Responsible for SWF Business Operation Support Activities, including but not limited to:
-Work within management team to set up common goals, priorities and deployment strategy for SWF business and related to own responsible are of technical/office support
-Lead the operation team (order/logistic and offer team) to support SWF business and reporting to local as well to HQ management
-Provide and coordinate the back office support to various office departments
-Transfer new products, new technical information and new marketing materials to office team
-Harmonize the product order codes, hold code structure and order processing procedure with SWF Germany
-Coordinate to setup and to maintain system link and communication to order towards the different group factories
-Knowledge transfer of office IT system, sales tools, offering and ordering process to office team.
-Set up a new delivers time estimation reporting through the supply chain to our B2B customers
-Being the local key user for the offer management tool EFECTE with all related tasks
-Support Key-user of IT sales tools to transfer information where needed and to transfer system knowledge to the local users of those systems
-Support German HQ functions with information and system access needed
-Keep close communication of support matters from Germany HQ to APAC Team
-Organize with frontline sales customer questionnaires and collect together with sales team feedback to create summary to Management
-Other duties assign by he/her superior

What we expect from you
-European with personal plan to stay in China
-More than 5 years experience as manager or supervisor in multinational cooperation
-Project management related experience would be an asset
-Academy degree or above, majoring in economic or technical engineering is preferred
-Knowledge of crane market/components/design or steel construction would be an asset
-Comprehensive oversea education/job experience needed
-Very good standard of written and spoken English
-Chinese language and German language skill would be an asset
-Excellent administration and organizational skill, ability to multitask, prioritize and leading
-Very good interpersonal skill, open-minded, eager to learn and self motivated
-Good communication skill & good personality
-Ability to work independently, a good team leader and team player/well organized and self motivated
-Familiar with related industrial crane standards and material handling regulations would be an asset
-Good computer skill (MS Office Package), required other programs related to office work (e.g. EFECTE, iLM, ATON, SAP, various sales tools)
