Job Description:

    Support PE and AE work out the test schedule;
    Follow and monitor the hardware preparation from proto order to test completion;
    Manage PE hardware storage;
    Check test bed setup at turbo lab according to lab Standard Operation Sheet and requestor (PE and AE)’s requirement (TR);
    Follow and monitor the tests at turbo lab and inform requestors of progress and results, give timely support for hardware during tests and on-site support for issues;
    Support specific testing at customer side for base product development project, like altitude test/summer test, vibration, VNAP
    PR/PO process track, proto hardware track, test plan/progress/results documentation, and PM documents support;

Qualifications
    Specialty or above college degree in Mechanical Engineering;
    At least 2 years working experience in auto industry, turbocharger or engine industry is a plus;
    At least 1 years work experience in engine or vehicle test
    Familiar with manufacturing process of mechanical components and test set up;
    Familiar with mechanical components/hardware, ability to read/explain engineering drawings;
    Familiar with engine or vehicle test process and device
    Good communication skills across functional teams;
    Computer skills such as Microsoft software, especially Excel;
    Write good English, be able to speak in English for simple communication, working experience in Foreign-Owned Company is a plus;
